Whangarei Service

Ian operates our Whangarei service, using our Honda van. You can phone or fax for a delivery or have us manage your stock on whatever calling cycle you require. If we’ve got what you want in stock, and that’s a near certainty, you’ll have the order delivered same day.

Northland Service

Barry looks after all of Northland in the JR truck, which is fully set up inside as a customer-friendly mobile warehouse/shop, and carries 3 to 4 tonnes of stock at any one time. We’ve operated the Northland business from a truck for more than 20 years now – the type of operation seems to have stood the test of time. Our objective with the truck is to do the vast majority of the business “on the spot” – that means you get your order there and then.

The truck covers Northland on a four-weekly trip cycle, and runs to a schedule – dates are fixed and we try awful hard to run to time too. If you want a trip schedule for the truck, please email us for one.

Auckland Service

Trevor services customers in Auckland every week on Tuesday and/or Wednesday. We’ve successfully run an Auckland operation from Whangarei for over 10 years now. Most customers prefer to preorder their stock weekly or fortnightly – we prefer to get that order by close of business Monday. We’ll do a one or two day trip depending on what has to be done and you can count on your order being at your place within 24 hours of your fax or phone call.

We also manage stock for a number of customers, simply by doing a stocktake at each visit – that seems to work effectively, and helps us carry the right amount of stock for the customer. Most of our Auckland business is on the North Shore, but we do have several customers deeper into Auckland. Don’t be afraid of joining them – we’ve been told many times that our service from Whangarei to Auckland is better than what you can get in Auckland.
